It was yet another excellent week of Compact Rock, but would you expect ANYTHING less? I didn't think so! As we proceed to give you what you need, let your troubles slide away and listen to some great 90's music. We do what we always do here. We give you exactly what you want. One thing does not change, no matter what, and that is that we are getting better every week. Aging like a fine wine. We will continue to give you what you need. Always giving you the Thursday Night Rock Delight! As always, more great 90's music. It just gets a little older. 300 shows! We have made 300 shows. I want to thank all of you for making this happen. I'm super proud of everything that we have done. But we will make sure that this week is just like what we have done before. No rest for the wicked. This week for the Randomizer, we called on Joey from Rotterdam, NY. For the Local Orange Peel you will find music from the Syracuse band Dusted Gorillas.

I want to give you a few amazing stats from 300 episodes of this show. In 300 episodes we have played 4,021 unique songs from 1,173 separate artists. Of those 4,021 songs, only 67 of them have been played more than 10 times on the show. That is only 1.67% of all of the songs that have been played. The highest played total is Can't Wait One Minute More from the band CIV. That has been played 15 times over the span of 300 episodes. We have 1,672 songs from local artists around New York State. Our commitment to local music continues and will not stop with Local Orange Peel, and with From The Garage continuing for a long time.

Aside from Guns 'N' Roses, Megadeth and Candlebox, Joey also chose songs from Metallica and Blind Melon. If you want to be a part of the show, you can go to The Randomizer section of the site for more information on that. Follow us on social media, and you may become a part of the show! We will ask you to pick five songs and The Randomizer will pick three of those to play for you. As always, we appreciate you listening. Back to normal next week as we enter the final third of the 2025. Headlong into the holiday season we will soon go. Again, THANK YOU for all of the support. Good things are on the horizon, just look to the orb for your guide and we will be there!
